The manager Laura is one in a million, gold star customer service! I called up in a sticky situation with my daughter and 12 friends on her birthday and she pulled all the stops out and saved the day, all totally last min! Can’t thank her enough the kids had a great time, I had kids ranging from 2-9 and they all had a blast , were coming back for another birthday in December.
